A report from Goldman Sachs predicts a bleak future for the stock market over the next decade. Goldman Sachs cites five reasons for their prediction, including high stock market valuations, market concentration, economic contractions, a slowdown in corporate profitability, and the rise of the 10-year treasury yield as a safe investment option. These predictions are difficult to rely upon, however, as past performance is not always an accurate indicator of future results and the market is constantly evolving.
