This week I’m happy to share our conversation with Joel Gascoigne. Joel is the Co Founder and CEO of Buffer, the very popular social media scheduling tool used by hundreds of thousands of businesses. Joel and the Buffer team were one of the earliest adopters of full distributed teams, and have become one of the most well respected SAAS companies in the world.
