These days, there is no shortage of communication tools at our fingertips - literally. And while this means that it is easier than ever to communicate with one another, it doesn't necessarily mean that we are communicating better. In fact, some might argue that we are getting worse at communicating.
So, today I am going to remind us all of a powerful, but often forgotten communication tool that we should all be using more frequently.
