Feedback is as a skill that helps people get better. Margie Mauldin found that she was either a cheerleader or silent and wasn't good at providing feedback, in part because she didn't understand the elements of effective feedback. Through research, observation and interviews she created the Feedback Revolution: Building Relationships & Boosting Results.
