Erin Meyer is the co-author of No Rules Rules Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention with Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings. She joins Kevin to talk not only about culture but building a culture of freedom. Netflix encourages all employees to make decisions based on the context and direction of the company. This can only happen with strong leadership, foundational principles, and the right employees. Although Erin uses Netflix as the example, there are lessons and principles which can apply to your organization and your team.
