Are you driving through life by looking through the windshield or are you driving by the rearview mirror?
So many times we look in the rearview mirror instead of the windshield while going through life. Why do we do this? There is a reason we drive looking out of the windshield of a car and not through the rearview mirror. First off there is the size of the viewport. A rearview mirror is a very small piece as apposed to all the real estate that is the windshield.
So look ahead and there are more important things going on there than in the mirror. Yeah, past events are important but nowhere near as important as what is in your future. Your past doesn't define you as much as you wish it would.
