It's been 47 years since the shootout at Oglala that left two FBI agents and a young Native man named Joe Stuntz dead. While Leonard Peltier unjustly sits in prison for the events of that day, the shootout and the deadly legacy of the "reign of terror" remain an open wound for community members and the American Indian Movement.
