We discuss the ups downs, and changes in the #seasons of emotions that we as #men experience. E, opens up and discusses the creative droughts that he has experienced through the year, and how he became re-inspired. Lossing your #passion is a disconnect from your why! When you lose sight of why, you don’t know exactly what it is you’re supposed to be doing with the gifts you have.
We all have parts of the year, or parts of our work, that we don’t like doing or flat out hate to do! When we #feel this, we sometimes feel that we need to #force our creativity which can lead to undesirable results.
Remember that you have your own lane, your own pace, and that your pace changes from time to time.
We also discussed the #N-Word often used in the black community and play the clip of a #Teacher who Said the N-Word and called his students the word also. Now the question is, if as a black person you call yourself, each other, and other races the N-Word, is it ok for them to call you it back?..........
