Why Bonds Are Best Bet (8/10/23)

(8/10/23) Markets are continuing their correctional phase, selling off again Wednesday. This is what we've been anticipating, and now that it's underway, there's really nothing of any concern. We've had about 3% worth of correction so far, and continue to work through the process, still above the 50-DMA, which seems to be the likely support level for the markets. Markets will try to bounce again today, with much of the activity hinging upon the CPI report (clocking in at .2% M/M, and 3.2% Y/Y). Bonds appear to still be the best opportunity for investment for the next 18-months, extremely under-valued compared to stocks.
