For more than 15 years, Brian J. Buhr has successfully created, developed, and sold companies within the healthcare and real estate industry. In 2008, while building an extremity medical company, Brian began purchasing single family rental houses for cash-flow and for tax deductions against his primary medical income. This is where Brian began to realize that real estate would eventually become his passion. It wasn’t until 2015 that he was offered a buyout agreement to sell his entire company to a leading medical competitor. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect as this allowed Brian to focus exclusively on all aspects of real estate investing. His primary interests today include teaching private money lending, financial education, debt relief, and wealth accumulation strategies within real estate.
