He now has a portfolio of over 350 units, office buildings, and industrial properties in the Houston area. Russell, the owner of Texas Area Properties, might not have been faced with a global pandemic until 2020 but he has been through just about everything else. In this episode, Vee and Russell discuss what he did when faced with changes, uncertainties, and challenges. They also talked about how he has managed to stay profitable for over 4 decades.
