Apurva began with investing in single-family properties. Frustrated with the slow growth, Apurva searched for new challenges in office spaces and retail properties.
Apurva Sanghavi's journey began in Houston's real estate sector, transitioning from mortgages to leadership roles. He weathered the 2008 crisis by exploring tech with Trulia.com before founding Matador Lending in Houston, a mortgage brokerage on the brink of $1 billion in originations. His ventures now span real estate, including self-storage facilities, a brokerage (Matador Realty), and a private lending fund (Matador Capital Fund).
Vee, the founder of REBallers, is a franchise owner and a Developmental Agent of HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses”. Today, Vee is actively buying and selling properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, TX while growing her rental portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals.
