Tony Cappaert graduated from MIT and worked at Microsoft as a product manager. In 2011, Tony co-founded Contactually, Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Tony Cappaert led up Contactually user acquisition and business development. After he sold Contactually, he recognized a big opportunity in a short-term rental. At the time of us recording this episode, he owns 12 short-term rentals with his investors and generating 20 to 30% cash on cash returns annually.
