Dead to Sin, Alive to God 6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? 2 Certainly not! The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age 3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? Several family members of the nine people killed at Charleston's Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church balanced their grief with forgiveness at Dylann Roof’s first court appearance this afternoon. “I forgive you,” the daughter of victim Ethel Lance, 70, said through tears to Roof, who appeared at the bond hearing via video-conferencing from jail. "You took something very precious from me and I will never talk to her ever again. I will never be able to hold her again. But I forgive you. And have mercy on your soul." Felicia Sanders, the mother of the slain Tywanza Sanders, 26, said, "We welcomed you Wednesday night in our bible study with open arms." "Every fiber in my body hurts," Sanders said. "And I'll never be the same." Alana Simmons, granddaughter of victim Daniel Simmons Sr., 74, said, "Although my grandfather and the other victims died at the hands of hate, this is proof everyone's plea for your soul is proof that they lived and loved and their legacies will live and love. So hate won't win and I just want to thank the court for making sure that hate doesn't win." Bethane Middleton Brown, the sister of Rev. From a post.... God bless you and your family Russ Dizdar. I am grateful for the love of the Lord Jesus that I have seen and encountered in you. No weapon formed against you will prosper. To the man who made this video, I don't know what kind of painful and hurtful situations that you went through in your life, the situations that brought you under so much subjection to the very enemy who caused that for you, but I do know that God can help you come out of all of that. Did you know that God, the very one who created heaven and earth, lovingly knit you together and formed you in the womb? Did you know that He loves you so much that He came to this earth and took every single punishment and pain that you will ever deserve? Did you know that He did that as a gift for you, a gift that satan and all those evil ones was never given? God loves you. He doesn't like sin because it separates you from Him, but He loves YOU, and so He made a way to reconcile you to Himself, and that way was the works He did on the cross. God is offering you a chance to become a child of God. He is offering you a place in Him that is higher than any angel will ascend. Your enemy knows this and it fills him with so much jealous rage that he will try and do anything to get you to believe differently... but you don't have to settle for what that enemy wants for you... not when you can have what God is willing to give you. Cry out to the Lord Jesus today sir. Ask Him to take away your pain and to wash away all those ugly things you have suffered from. Let His perfect blood that was shed in the utmost love cleanse you from the sins that have separated you from Him. Jesus saves. Let the power of those words penetrate your heart and bring you closer to Him. I am praying for you sir.
