The Jakarta E-Prix saw the 2022 ABB FIA Formula E world championship hot up almost as much as the throbbing batteries amid colossal heat and humidity in Indonesia last weekend.
Casting a cool eye over proceedings this week is ROKiT Venturi team principal, Jerome d’Ambrosio, who joins Andrew van de Burgt and Sam Smith to mull over the action.
Mitch Evans claimed his third win of the season in classy style over title rivals Jean-Eric Vergne and Edoardo Mortara, while points leader employed a damage limitation exercise to take fifth after a mistake in qualifying.
We drill in to the ‘Gang if Four’s’ title chances and look at why and how Evans and Jaguar TCS Racing is able to bounce back from non-event races it has suffered such as Mexico and Berlin this season.
