Remember, mirror neurons are real. When you spend time with toxic people, your brain shapes itself to look like theirs. To elevate yourself, you have to elevate your social circle. Be selective. Protect your mind. Surround yourself with positive people who support you and want to help you create your dreams. Be sure to steer clear of toxic people.
