According to her, abundance is more than wealth. To elaborate, she shares with us about the instances of unhappy wealthy people. Despite having their pockets full, their hearts and souls are in a state of bankruptcy and great misery. Lisa points out that these people are wealthy but not abundant. Indeed, it is possible to amass billions of dollars of net worth yet still feel empty.
In sum, the abundant life is more than pieces of gold and silver. Abundance is human flourishing in goodness, both on the outside and from within.
