He’s won all the awards, is sought after and one of the rarest of talents - and, like so many of us, he has experienced depression. Leaders often feel required to set themselves apart from the struggles of the rest of us, and perhaps it is his willingness to speak the bare truth of his experience that makes him a leader worth following.
