Show Notes

The spotlight is back on the culture of Australian Police again, after a year of gay-hate crime inquiry revelations, racism from a Northern Territory Police inquiry and just this month, the death of two men, allegedly at the hands of a NSW policeman.

Following on from the deaths of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, the Sydney Mardi Gras board have rescinded the invitation for Police to march in this years Pride parade.

This episode of The Quicky takes a look at the systemic issues within the Australian Police force and how the LGBTQIA+ community is reeling from recent events.
