Show Notes

With the Government and health experts warning that a third wave of Covid-19 is about to hit Australia, and as the cold winter drags on, many of us are starting to think more about the long term impacts of Covid-19 on our body.

But what do we really know or not know about 'Long Covid' here in Australia? It seems like several other countries have been talking about this for a long time, but it's only just starting to enter public discussion here.

The Quicky speaks to an expert epidemiologist to find out what exactly Long Covid is, the factors that determine who gets it and who doesn't, and if there's anything you can do to minimise the risk of ongoing symptoms for you and your family.
