A Flood Advisory is in effect across multiple regions of Puerto Rico today as we're tracking periods of moderate to heavy rain that could lead to urban and small stream flooding. This active weather pattern will stick with us throughout Tuesday, so let's walk through what to expect. Starting early this morning, temperatures bottomed out around 74 degrees at 2 A.M.
