The book The Talent Code, is a book I read about 7 years ago and it is a book I picked up when I was working on being a better communicator. I re-read this book recently and it is absolutely worth reading. The book is about acquiring skills in a more efficient manner to help with skill development in whatever you're doing. In this episode, I go over how I think doing these things will help you grow as a professional.
