In this episode, Rob sits down for his weekly chat with Marc Champ of Wharf Financial. Marc is a member of the advisory board for the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB), with 20 years of experience in the industry. During this episode, they discuss the recent Bank of England interest rate rises. In particular how the mortgage market has responded to it and what that means for property investors, developers, and entrepreneurs.
