Joanne O’Connor is an incredibly successful property investor, having built her empire on Buy-To-Lets and HMOs, but life wasn’t always that way. For over ten years, Joanne had devoted herself to teaching, instructing younger minds all over the world. But she soon became disillusioned with the trends in teaching methodology.

- When dealing with finance, be as prepared as possible, You should always expect that they’re going to ask for everything twice, and everything at the very last minute.
- Don’t listen to people who aren’t doing it. Make sure you take advice from people who’ve trodden the path, and who are living the life that you want to live.
