- People need to treat property as a business and not a hobby. Many think of it as a side-line. If you put the time in, you’ll reap greater rewards.
- Ups and downs are typical in business as well as life. It’s all about having the mentality and open-mindedness to accept these bumps in the road, and the determination to work your way around them.
