  • Accept imperfections and uncertainty - It’s okay to not be the best at something. It’s okay to be imperfect from time to time. Making peace with your imperfections will lead to a more peaceful state of mind. In order to build and grow in business and in your personal life, you need to accept that life happens. No one is perfect. 
  • Find an area or interest that you feel keeps you grounded - Find something you resonate with, and that can keep you grounded. Physical exercise or meditation helps to mitigate anxiety and can be a great stress reliever.
