We discussed the inspiration for writing The Proof is in the Plants, the various parts of the book, and who it’s written for. We also go into exercise versus nutrition, body weight and disease risk, using the word ‘diet’, orthorexia (an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating), pain versus pleasure as a motivator for sustained behaviour change, and much more.
