In the world of education, we are told that things have to be hard. -In order to be a good teacher you have to work hard and give up your personal life -To stay caught up you have to work 50+ work weeks -To start a business to help teachers you need to struggle to make money -To be amazing at classroom management you have to work really hard -You have to struggle your first few years of teaching These are all stories I decided to believe and tell myself at some part of my journey. But I'm here to tell you, that isn't remotely true. Along the way, I have discovered that there is always a way to make reaching your goals easier.
