Illana Raia: Closing the Confidence Gap: Empowering Girls with Être

Illana Raia is the founder and CEO of Être, a mentorship platform for girls. Illana’s a firm believer that mentors matter as early as middle school and work to bring girls directly into companies they choose to meet female leaders face to face.
