What makes a great leader in business AND at home?
A great leader is a person that is always in the front drawing their team to where they are going to and inspiring others through their action and their communication. The first step to becoming a great leader is to take inventory of yourself.
The best way to do this is to have smart people around you give you honest feedback. You need to understand where you are succeeding and where you are failing both as an individual and a leader. Once you have that feedback, you then get to take massive action and be the inspired leader that you know you can be.
You get to take care of yourself and put yourself first.
When you are sacrificing yourself for others, that will put a lot of pressure on your life.
The secret to being a great leader is to be a great self-leader first.
