The Good Company People weaves melody and music into everything we do. We know that listening to music or taking part in musical activities can help build and maintain relationships with others and improve our wellbeing. We also know that this is particularly important as we get older, if we have cognitive issues, are affected by dementia or feel isolated from our community.
