There is so much possibility in this universe. As we expand our awareness, perspectives and consciousness we expand our lives. Most humans don't see the world as "it is" but as "we are", based on our nature and nurture. Unmet needs or trauma create tunnel vision, in this healing world, Possibility of the Universe is the antidote to that. It's the expansion and opening of experiencing and creating a new more beautiful world. Each week we will discuss topics that are meaningful to us, that expand us, so that together with our listeners we can be and experience more possibility in this universe.

The Possibility in Expanding Capacity with Mushka Eidelman: Frequency of Freedom

In this episode, Chani and Rivky welcome writer and soul scribe Mushka Eidelman for a conversation about expanding capacity and the lived experience of The Frequency of Freedom retreats. Mushka shares her journey of stepping into the role of documenting these retreats as scripture, as well as joining the Frequency of Freedom retreats as a participant, believing that the stories of coming back to life and remembering our essence are living Torah worthy of transmission. Through reading from her writing and a dynamic discussion with Rivky and Chani she takes listeners into the visceral experience of the retreats and the incredible ripples they create. The hosts explore what it means to expand capacity for the full range of human experience, balancing masculine structure with feminine flow, and learning that freedom isn't about chasing healing or reaching some utopian state without discomfort. The conversation brought all three of them to tears. This episode with Mushka demonstrates how stretching capacity happens through witnessing each other with compassion, recognizing that you are not your emotions or your circumstances, and that true humility means being a channel for the divine while honoring the humanity in all of us. It is a beautiful ride. Please let us know if you would like a part 2!

The Possibility in Ruthless Compassion

In this episode, Chani and Rivky unpack the concept of "ruthless compassion", a term Rivky coined to describe the practice of holding an unwavering vision of someone's essence even when they desperately want you to believe their limiting stories about themselves, as well as to describe the embodied experience of having unwavering compassion. Through personal experience and identity work, the hosts demonstrate how we create from whatever indentity we identify with, and how most people are creating from their feelings, their awareness, or their wounds rather than from essence itself. Rivky introduces a practice for returning to presence and creating from essence, guiding listeners through the steps of recognizing awareness, feeling without judgment, stewarding energy, and ultimately landing in "I am that I am." This episode is an invitation to recognize that you are not your awareness, not your feelings, not your creations, not even who you believe yourself to be. You are simply an aspect of the divine, and having ruthless compassion for yourself helps you go back to that over and over again.

The Possibility in Wholesome Collaboration

In this episode, Rivky and Chani explore what it truly means to collaborate in wholesome ways with ourselves, with others, and with God, while confronting the many ways collaboration gets distorted through fear, scarcity, and self-abandonment. Opening with a real-life example from their own working partnership, the hosts demonstrate the courage required to address uncomfortable patterns rather than building quiet resentments that corrode relationships over time. They share why some people may feel that these conversations are "petty" when they're actually essential for maintaining genuine connection. Through questions submitted by listeners about navigating different spiritual paths with partners, so many different kinds of wholesome collaborations are addressed. This episode reveals that wholesome collaboration isn't about perfect balance at all times, but about having the maturity and capacity to recognize when you're in that uncomfortable middle space where things feel unbalanced right before the breakthrough, and trusting that life works every time, Hashem works every time, when we're willing to plug in and show up as our full selves.

The Possibility of Business as Pleasure

In this episode, Chani and Rivky dive into challenging the deeply ingrained belief that work has to be a sacrifice and pleasure something we defer until "someday"...when the kids are older, when we have less responsibility, when we finally reach that elusive destination. The hosts illuminate how our early imprints around work and worthiness follow us into adulthood, creating limiting beliefs that keep us from experiencing the pleasure that's already available in our present moment, wherever we are, with all that it means to be a soul having a human experience. They dive deep into the concept of self-esteem versus the true esteemed self underneath self-esteem, explaining how true pleasure in business comes not from external validation but from Being one's Self, and creating from that place.

The Possibility In Getting To Know Ayelet Polonsky

For this special guest episode, Rivky and Chani welcome manifestation teacher and guide Ayelet Polonsky for a hair-raising conversation filled with incredible stories from her inner and outer travels from India to Israel. Ayelet shares how losing a friend in a motorcycle accident at age 20 became her spiritual awakening, leading her to pack up her life and spend six years living at an ashram in India pursuing devotion and healing. Through vulnerable storytelling, she reveals the profound moment when Jewish pride and her soul's deepest knowing called her back home, where she grappled with reconciling Eastern spiritual practices with her Jewish identity and ultimately discovered that God wasn't just "out there" but the very consciousness experiencing life through her. Ayelet introduces her framework: the ABRA method for manifestation, explaining why manifestation built on a weak foundation will crumble and how we must first heal the stories we've been telling ourselves about ourselves. This episode is a masterclass in understanding that manifestation isn't about sitting on your couch expecting the universe to deliver, it's about trusting deeply, taking aligned action, and having the courage to choose soul-aligned desires. The Possibility In Creating Possibility, Part 2

In this continuation of last week's episode, Chani and Rivky dive deeper into the embodied experience of The Frequency of Freedom retreats, exploring the profound impact that occurs when we go inside at both the quantum, somatic, and soul levels. Chani and Rivky discuss how this work ripples outward, affecting not just the individual but everyone in their energetic field, because we're all part of a greater whole, and when we heal ourselves, the world heals. Through stories of participants receiving clarity about their marriages and the hosts' own journey on collaboration for these retreats, they demonstrate that these retreats are not hierarchical healing spaces but containers where every single person's 100% contribution is essential. Where participants don't come to be fixed by a "magic healer" but to remember that the magic, medicine, and gift is already within them. Rivky shares a beautiful teaching on the spiritual maturity required to bless another person's expansion, explaining that true greatness means knowing your place in the world is secure just by being yourself, and that when you help someone else step into their soul's magnificence, you create space for Heaven to expand you in return. The Possibility In Creating Possibility, Part 1

In this first part of a two-part series, hosts Rivky and Chani pull back the curtain on The Frequency of Freedom retreats—exclusive immersive experiences that Rivky has dreamed up and for which Chani is the Chief of Nourishment, designed to be a space for participants to expand their nervous systems and souls beyond what they ever thought possible. Rivky shares her journey from traditional therapy work to creating these transformative spaces, explaining how our journey toward abundance, visibility, and genuine connection asks us to heal deeply. Rivky and Chani explore what makes these retreats different: the intensive preparation process that Rivky undertakes to prepare herself, and the carefully curated themes that each retreat constellates around. Through storytelling about the recent Tuscany retreat focused on restoring the sacred marriage of divine masculine and feminine within, they reveal how participants gather their fragmented soul sparks scattered through trauma and fear, reclaiming their wholeness and creating profound shifts not just for themselves but for everyone in their lives. This episode closes with a stunning poem/meditation that captures the essence of what it means to be fully lived by the mystery, reminding us that we are not here to polish ourselves into perfection but to be the fire that prays by LIVING. We are here to be both the remembering and the miracle. We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we loved recording it. The Possibility In Abundance On The Other Side Of Illusion: Live From Grassroots

In this powerful live recording celebrating the podcast's first anniversary, Rivky and Chani gather with their community at Grassroots to explore what lives beyond the stories we tell ourselves, the identities we cling to, and the fears that keep us running. Through personal stories, they reveal how the abundance we're seeking isn't on the other side of perfection, but on the other side of being willing to look at what's real. They talk about the illusions within illusions, how healing itself can become another mask, and why diagnoses can either move us closer to truth or keep us stuck in a fixed identity. This isn't about having it all figured out or reaching some mythical "there." It's about the relief that comes from landing in the present moment exactly as you are, with all your mess and your mishigas, and remembering that your experience is valid just because it is. This episode is an invitation into what Rivky calls the "shehecheyanu frequency"—the understanding that every single moment is a chance to create something new. The Possibility in Getting to Know Cathy Heller: On Divine Timing, Authentic Abundance, and Self-Trust

In this expansive (and epic) conversation, Rivky and Chani welcome their very first guest, best-selling author and incredible thought leader and human, Cathy Heller, to the podcast. Together they explore what it really means to live in rhythm with divine timing, to embody abundance that feels true, and to trust yourself enough to walk the path only you can walk. Cathy shares from her own life with honesty and heart, speaking about grief, resilience, and the kind of synchronicities that feel like direct answers from God. She opens up about letting go of people pleasing, choosing authenticity even when it’s uncomfortable, and how abundance isn’t about how much you have but about the light you reveal. This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to earn love, that your soul’s path is sacred, and that intimacy with God is found in being fully present to what is. Listening to Cathy feels like permission to come home to yourself and to trust that you are always in the right place at the right time. She is an incredible soul with an incredible mission, and it's our honor to share this episode with you. We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we loved recording it. The Possibility in Intimacy with God

In this episode Rivky and Chani explore what it means to cultivate genuine intimacy with the divine and why we often resist this connection despite our deepest longings for it. They discuss the barriers that keep us from authentic spiritual intimacy—including trauma, shame, and the tendency to use God as a scapegoat for our problems—while distinguishing between performative religious practice and embodied spiritual connection. Through personal stories about confronting difficult truths and learning to stay present through pain, they illustrate how intimacy with God requires letting go of victim consciousness and embracing our role as co-creators of reality. The conversation challenges listeners to examine whether their spiritual practices are actually forms of escapism and offers practical tools for returning to presence, including the powerful framework of "I feel, I create, I am." This episode reveals that true intimacy with the divine isn't about perfection or performance, but about having the courage to get messy, ask questions, and wrestle with the sacred in honest, transformative ways. The Possibility in True Friendship

In this episode, Rivky and Chani take us behind the scenes of their own friendship, exploring what creates the rare experience of "true friendship" in adulthood. Through vulnerable storytelling, they examine the power of finding someone who can reflect your essence without projection or judgment - what Chani describes as "living in a realm beyond polarity" where you can simply BE without any push or pull. The hosts share practical insights from their friendship journey, including how they navigate triggers, the importance of asking permission before giving feedback, and why humor becomes a gateway to deeper honesty. They offer actionable principles for cultivating authentic friendship, from practicing specific gratitude to allowing friends to grow and change without taking it personally. This episode reveals how adult friendships formed in maturity can offer a unique mirror for who we are now, rather than who we used to be, and demonstrates that the friendship we seek with others must first begin with how we befriend ourselves. The Possibility in Faith: We find God in our instincts and prophecy in our bodies

As Rivky and Chani approach the podcast’s one-year anniversary, they return to a topic they love: faith. But not just the kind of faith you think about...the kind you live. The kind that’s felt in your bones, moves your choices, and guides your every step. Chani shares a pivotal turning point at 30, when she realized her reality was shaped by her choices, and how one simple decision to listen to her body led to a deeper trust in her instincts and, ultimately, in God. The conversation explores how faith and action aren't opposites, they're partners. They unpack what it means to manifest from a soul-aligned place, rather than from external pressure, and how tuning to your inner voice is where real magic begins. Rivky introduces the idea of moving from a "trauma vortex" into the "field of abundance," a completely different frequency where infinite possibility lives. They also talk about parenting with faith, and what it means to trust your children’s intuition instead of controlling their paths. Chani shares how a wild, unexpected birth experience shaped her outlook and how surrendering the need to know everything has made space for more trust, humility, and connection. This episode is all about remembering that faith is found in the moments we come back to ourselves, and that walking hand-in-hand with God can change everything. If this conversation resonates, share it with someone who might need it too. The Possibility of Being in Flow

In this episode, Rivky and Chani explore what it truly means to be in flow and why so many of us unconsciously resist it. Chani opens with a vulnerable story about creating her new business, Grassroots, and realizing she was asking God for abundance while simultaneously blocking her ability to receive it. This leads to a powerful discussion about how flow requires alignment between what we're asking for and what we're actually available to receive. They dive into the misconceptions about flow, particularly the idea that surrender means becoming passive. Instead, they reveal how true flow involves active participation in listening to guidance and taking aligned action. The conversation explores why expanding our capacity to hold what we want is often the real work, and why we sometimes choose to stay stuck because we've been conditioned to believe we're closest to the divine during crisis. Throughout, they emphasize that being in flow doesn't mean life becomes perfect. It means trusting your intuition, taking responsibility for what's truly yours, and allowing yourself to move with the rhythm of your own being rather than forcing outcomes. This episode offers both practical wisdom and spiritual depth for anyone ready to examine what might be blocking their natural state of flow and abundance. The Possibility in The Medicine of Clarity

In this episode, hosts Rivky and Chani explore how our words literally create the reality we experience and why clear communication is essential for meaningful relationships and personal growth. They share powerful personal stories, including boundary-setting conversations and moments when miscommunication revealed hidden assumptions between partners and family members. The hosts discuss why we often struggle with clarity—from not knowing our own worth to fear of our impact on others—and offer practical tools for over-communicating with intention rather than assumption. Through examples ranging from specific praise to detailed manifestation practices, they demonstrate how precision in language can unlock deeper connection and help us receive the abundance we're truly worthy of. This episode is a masterclass in understanding that clarity isn't just about better communication—it's about owning your impact and consciously creating the life you desire through intentional, powerful language.
