When you feel as though someone wronged you, you may want to lash out and hurt that person so they can "feel" how you feel.
You want to seek revenge in hopes of validation of this pain but you will not get that outcome. The relief of revenge is temporary at best and it doesn't take away that hurt from you. It prolonges that hurt by allowing you to replay that injustice.
Forgiveness is so powerful and allows you to free up the hold that pain has on you. Forgiveness is NOT allowance or weakness. Forgiveness is also not a free pass to remain in your energy field. Let's chat about it.
