The dust from D.E. - Diatomaceous Earth is a known health hazard and is classified as an Industrial Carcinogen. It is the Silica in the powder that is the hazard, and even though it is just in a trace amount of less than 15 it is a hazard in dust form. There are tow good products on the market today that will prevent you from breathing the dust, one is EP Mineral Cela Pool and the other is called Aqua-Cel. I unpack both of these in this podcast episode.
