Caleb Downs is one of the best players in the draft, but safeties don't get drafted high. Ty Simpson is Jacob's No. 2 quarterback. Jacob would say Garrett Nussmeier is the safest choice, but Drew Allar has the best upside. Infante thinks it would be a dream scenario for Makai Lemon to get drafted to the Steelers in the first round.
