Our (and CNN/Fox’s) Failing Grade On Combatting Misogyny And Sexism

The women’s equality organization Time’s Up Now issued an open letter on August 6, 2020 to all news directors, executives, anchors and reporters of news networks and organizations urging them to eliminate sexism and misogyny from media reporting on female politicians. Since Senator Kamala Harris made history on Tuesday organizations like Fox News and CNN have failed to heed Time Up Now’s open letter. But it is not only news organizations who have failed.
