WELP. Just a few short hours after we did our pod regarding the CJ McCollum news, we got a big 3-Team Trade involving the Boston Celtics, Atlanta Hawks, and Brooklyn Nets. The Celtics have officially moved off of both veteran contracts that were rumored to be on the block with Kristaps Porzingis headed to Atlanta to pair with Trae Young, on top of the previous trade of Jrue Holiday back to the Portland Trailblazers in a stunning move for their young star guard, Anfernee Simons. Will the Boston Celtics and Brad Stevens be moving off of any other members of that Big 3?! Who knows! But Brad Stevens certainly has been working behind the scenes to get ahead of what looks to be a re-tooling of sorts for last year's NBA Champions. Exciting times in the NBA!
