Is Rodgers dictating terms here?
ALL ACCESS w/ Aditi – Aditi went back to what she said a month ago – a small chance that Aaron Rodgers comes back in 2026. Aditi thinks it may have been a call for Rodgers telling the Steelers to come get him and that he may not be the one in charge this time around. She said he spoke so highly of the team and coaches, but made sure to note that he doesn’t have a deal on the table. Aditi spoke to members from a coaching staff today that are interested in Rodgers’ services. Aditi doesn’t think they have anything to lose if they go the Will Howard route. Aditi wondered if the Steelers will just hit the reset button and go with Howard. Aditi couldn’t confidently answer if Rodgers will play – or play somewhere that isn’t Pittsburgh. The guys ran through some WR that got freshly cut or could be available when we enter the new league year. Aditi doesn’t think the price will be as high for Kenneth Gainwell as we may think just because of the market for RB.

Mike Florio reacts to Rodgers saying nothing
Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike reacted to the Aaron Rodgers chat with Pat McAfee today. Mike doesn’t believe for a second that Rodgers will disappear from the screen when he’s done playing. Mike thinks the Steelers will miss out on the first wave of free agents as they wait around for Rodgers. Is it even a sure thing that Aaron will play? Mike pointed out that Rodgers’ old buddy Nate Hackett is coaching in Arizona and the Cardinals don’t have a QB1. Mike said Steelers fans have reason to question how 2026 could be better than 2025. How many other teams around the league will be interested in Rodgers? What do the markets look like for Malik Willis or Kyler Murray as we approach free agency? Will Murray be willing to be a backup somewhere that is more attractive than Pittsburgh? The guys asked Mike about a few different free agent WR with legal tampering opening up on Monday. Mike highlighted Alec Pierce as someone that can create explosive plays from anywhere. Are the Steelers about to lose their MVP from last season?

Steelers will wait for Rodgers again
Chris is fired up about Aaron Rodgers playing a game of grab ass with Pat McAfee – telling the world a whole lot of nothing. Oh, he’s upset about paparazzi following him around and questioning his marriage. The guys don’t want to see the Steelers wait around all summer for this guy.

Tyler Kennedy looks at possible Penguins deadline moves
Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. On the heels of the Aaron Rodgers interview, TK said confidently that Sidney Crosby will play hockey into his 40s. Tyler thinks the waiting game Kyle Dubas will play with Evgeni Malkin and his contract is the smart move to focus on the rest of this season. With the trade deadline looming, is Dubas going to stand pat? TK thinks there will be moves to improve the team, but isn’t sure if it will be a sizable acquisition like Vincent Trocheck. TK thinks Trocheck could be swayed into the hometown thing and playing for the team he grew up watching.

HOUR 4 - Pitt hoops takes luster away from March, Andy Toole
March doesn’t feel as fun when Pitt basketball is at such a low point. The Panthers are at risk of missing the ACC tournament, which only requires you to be a top 15 team in the conference. The women’s coach just fired its coach, which looks like another bad hire made by Heather Lyke. How did all of these coaches get such good job security? Somehow Lyke is continuing to get and be up for jobs in sports. Robert Morris men’s basketball coach Andy Toole joined the show. Andy’s Colonials are the 2-seed in their conference tournament, which begins tomorrow night. Poni has bet on them to get back to the big dance. Andy mentioned that tomorrow night is free beer night at the arena – for everyone’s first drink. Andy talked about what is working this season. Andy got into the pace of the Horizon League and how his team has adjusted as the season has progressed. Andy told the guys about a few players that helped form this year’s team, after losing a ton of players from the team that made it to the NCAA Tournament in 2025. Andy talked about picking his spots with hard coaching since players can up & leave the moment they get their feelings hurt. The guys asked Andy about working with his team in-game as it differs each year in this era of college athletics. Andy is hip to one of the fastest rising social media pages highlighting former college hoopers.

HOUR 3 - Murray released by Cardinals, Ryan Wilson, Debrief
BREAKING NEWS: The Cardinals are officially releasing Kyler Murray. With free agency starting Monday, Murray will be an option and it could be for the veteran minimum. Is Murray a real option for the Steelers? We have heard that Mike McCarthy may be interested in the former 1st overall pick. Murray’s on-field focus has been in question for years, going back to the video game clause that was placed in his second contract with the Cardinals. After watching the Seahawks win a Super Bowl with Sam Darnold, does that pique the interest more in Murray? It feels like a good ‘buy low’ move. How many other teams will be in on Murray? NFL Draft analyst Ryan Wilson from CBS Sports joined the show. Ryan said Kyler Murray was a slam-dunk 1st overall pick in his year, even with some limitations. He said Murray is worth a vet minimum deal if that can be had. Ryan said he doesn’t remember hearing about the video game stuff with Murray when he was coming out of college – a lot of the focus was on his height and him playing baseball. Ryan said Carson Beck will be a 2nd or 3rd round pick after his performance at the NFL Combine. Ryan doesn’t think any QB really hurt their stock last week in Indy. How did we get a much bigger hand measurement from Garrett Nussmeier last week? Ryan thinks the Makai Lemon interviews are being misconstrued from the combine, which may be red flags to some teams. The guys asked Ryan about the news of Caleb Downs having a torn meniscus on his report from the combine. Ryan sees Jordyn Tyson as a late 1st round type player, so he should be on the board for the Steelers. What’s the story on Gennings Dunker, who turned heads at the combine due to his flowing red mullet? Ryan said the Steelers should have a Penn State OL on their board at 21. Ryan told the guys he got zero buzz of Ty Simpson to the Steelers. Ryan has Eli Heidenreich as a Day 3 pick as a player that can play all over the place on offense. Donny Football Debrief – With the Colts tagging Daniel Jones, it looks like Alec Pierce will be hitting the open market.

HOUR 2 - Steelers still waiting on Rodgers, Calls, Matt Clement
How much longer are we going to wait around for Aaron Rodgers? Do the Steelers have a deadline on it? Poni’s moles indicated that the Steelers would know yesterday about Rodgers, but if they do, the secret has survived 24+ hours. With legal tampering starting on Monday, how much longer can the team afford to wait? Last year, the Steelers bowed down and waited around for Rodgers to make his decision, but how much of that had to do with Mike Tomlin? The guys wondered if the Kenneth Gainwell situation is a tell as to where the Steelers are with Rodgers. Is anyone out there pounding the table for Rodgers? It feels like it’s more of an acceptance than actually wanting Rodgers back. Daniel Jones just got tagged for $37M by the Colts. Does that make people feel better about Aaron Rodgers? People just love a bargain. Former MLB pitcher Matt Clement joined the show. Matt talked about the challenge players may have going from Spring Training to the World Baseball Classic, back to spring games then the regular season. He said the schedule can be wonky for someone like Paul Skenes, who is pitching for Team USA. The guys pointed out some pitch limits for guys in the WBC. Matt doesn’t think Skenes will go close to a 95-pitch limit in a game with the US. Matt thinks a deal happening could be the difference between Konnor Griffin being on the Opening Day roster and not – no deal likely means he will start in Triple A. The guys asked Matt about meeting Tony Gwynn and a loaded Padres team that was fresh off a World Series appearance. Matt said he was in awe of pretty much everything during his first spring. Matt talked about Gwynn’s masterful work at the plate and how he could have hit more home runs if he really wanted to. Matt was surprised to find out he never gave up a HR to Ken Griffey Jr. Matt had some funny stories about facing Barry Bonds early in his MLB career. We looked through some other funny Matt stats from his playing days.

HOUR 1 - Pens nearing deadline, Calls, Sports Court
The Penguins have earned 5 of 6 points since the return from the Olympics and without Sidney Crosby in the lineup. The trade deadline is upon us as NHL teams gear up for Friday to make the final big moves to their roster. The Pens will get Sid back in about a month, but should they add and should it be a notable piece? Poni made the push for Vincent Trocheck, the local product, that should be available on a bad Rangers team. Chris wasn’t going for it and got made when Poni kept pointing out that Trocheck is ‘from here.’ Are the Penguins too far ahead on their timeline to make this big of a move? Trocheck was great in the game on Saturday – a come-from-behind effort from the Rangers over the Penguins. Can he turn this team into a Stanley Cup contender? Should the Penguins trade for Vincent Trocheck? PM Team Sports Court w/ our friends from Edgar Snyder & Associates. The guys played a little game of ‘Defend or Prosecute’ when it comes to various subjects in Pittsburgh sports. Should the Steelers draft a QB? Should the Steelers move to a dome stadium? Should the Penguins extend Evgeni Malkin? Should Paul Skenes pitch in the World Baseball Classic? Should Pitt fire Jeff Capel at season’s end?

Andy Toole getting RMU set for Horizon League tournament
Robert Morris men’s basketball coach Andy Toole joined the show. Andy’s Colonials are the 2-seed in their conference tournament, which begins tomorrow night. Ryan Wilson's post-combine report
NFL Draft analyst Ryan Wilson from CBS Sports joined the show. Ryan said Kyler Murray was a slam-dunk 1st overall pick in his year, even with some limitations. HOUR 4 - Geno's future in question, Slew of today's topics, WR prospect 'bombed' interviews
What does the future look like for Evgeni Malkin? Following Saturday’s shootout loss, Geno shared with the media that he will not be going over contract stuff with Kyle Dubas and the Penguins until the offseason. What should happen? Is it as easy as a 2-year deal for the Penguins legend? It’s hard to deny what Malkin has done this season after we thought this would be the swansong. A slew of topics from today’s show. Makai Lemon reportedly ‘bombed’ his interviews at the combine. Is he going to fall in the draft and/or be there for the Steelers at 21? Should the Steelers draft him?

HOUR 3 - Griffin making case, Calls, Debrief
Konnor Griffin is making the Pirates decision difficult on what to do with him for opening day. Mullsy thinks that Griffin is making it clear that he is the best option to be the opening day shortstop. Griffin’s current slugging percentage in the Spring is on par with the best of Barry Bonds’ career. Mullsy thinks that the Pirates went on a spending spree (at least for their standards) due to pressure from Rob Manfred. Callers chime in on the pending Konnor Griffin situation. Donny Football Debrief – Should there be more dome stadiums in the NFL?

HOUR 2 - QBs meet w. Steelers, Eli Heidenreich, Dunker at Combine
The Steelers met with some mid-round projected QBs at the combine, including Penn State QB Drew Allar. Would you rather the Steelers draft Drew Allar, or re-sign Aaron Rodgers? Mullsy says that he would rather the Steelers draft Drew Allar than any of the other feasible options at QB in the draft. He also mentions Taylen Green as a guy he wouldn’t mind seeing the Steelers draft. Navy RB/WR Eli Heidenreich joined the show. Eli said that he enjoyed the entire combine experience, and he was pleased with his performance in Indianapolis. He also said that he was surprised with how many moving parts go into the combine, such as medical examinations and interviews. Eli said that a bunch of guys were curious about what his days were like at Navy, and how they differ from other universities. Offensive Lineman Gennings Dunker put the combine on notice with both his performance and his ginger mullet. Future Steeler?

HOUR 1 - Willis price coming down, Calls, Sean Gentille
One of the potential free agent signings may have his price coming down, which should have the Steelers interested. That player is Malik Willis. The QB was first rumored to be looking at $40M/year on the open market, but the latest from ESPN projected Willis at more of a 20-25 million dollar per year player, which changes the calculus a bit. That number would have him as the 20th highest-paid QB in football. Would you do that deal? Would you pay Malik Willlis $25M/year? NHL writer Sean Gentille from The Athletic joined the show. Sean said he would do nothing at the trade deadline if he was Kyle Dubas running the Penguins. He said they can act like they are a good team, but not a Stanley Cup contender. Sean anticipated the Penguins being a bad hockey team and they have been anything but. Why isn’t Dan Muse the leader for the Jack Adams award for best coach? Sean thinks the Penguins can do something small like adding a right-handed defenseman to the fold. Sean said a big part of the Penguins success is a lot of the unknown, lottery ticket types, hitting across the board whether it be draft picks or free agent pickups. Sean expected guys like Anthony Mantha to be on the move at this point as the trade deadline approaches. Sean described the goaltending as ‘incredible’ from Arturs Silovs and Stuart Skinner. Sean wants to pump the brakes on Sergei Murashov and let the current guys do their thing in the NHL. He said the potential is there and the excitement is there, but we have to slow our roll thinking he will be a slam-dunk everyday goalie. Sean thinks the Penguins should be open for business in the offseason with Evgeni Malkin because he is still a productive player, but he understands the ‘wait & see’ method. How good has Egor Chinakhov been in Pittsburgh?

How many students knew Limits? Donny answers a few questions about Konnor Griffin.

Hour 3 - Mark Kaboly
Mark Kaboly joins the show for the next hour. Kaboly says that it makes a lot of sense that Ty Simpson liked Mike McCarthy, given McCarthy's personality. He also says that he does not think that the Steelers are going to take a QB in round 1. An anonymous benefactor dropped off a supply drop of burgers and wings, and it has the guys all out of sorts. Anyways, Mark thinks that the Steelers will go wide receiver in round one. The release of the NFLPA report cards already has the Steelers making changes. The Steelers have changed up their type of grass at Acrisure Stadium after all of the complaints from last season. Mark does not think there is any chance that the Steelers trade DK Metcalf.

Hour 2 - Ty Simpson to Steelers gaining traction, Debrief
Ty Simpson raved about Mike McCarthy in his press conference at the combine. Mullsy thinks that this amount of praise is notable, and even unnatural. HOUR 4 - Pirates w. better odds than Steelers, Jason Mackey, TRT
Here’s a concerning fact regarding the Steelers heading into 2026 – the Pirates have better odds to win the World Series than the Steelers do to win the Super Bowl. If the Steelers did win it all, they would be one of the biggest longshots in league history to pull it off. Pirates insider Jason Mackey from the PG joined the show. After taking a ball off the foot a couple days ago, Jason told us that Konnor Griffin is OK and just had a scheduled day off. Jason believes the deal for Griffin will be north of $100M if it gets done. Jason feels like Griffin’s camp is also interested in a deal, but he can’t say for certain that the Pirates will make an offer. Jason sees Griffin on the Opening Day roster as a 50/50 proposition right now. Jason, however, did give it a 60/40 chance that a deal gets done with Griffin. That deal would cap off one of the best off-seasons we’ve seen from the Pirates in recent memory. Jason indicated that the players already locked into the big-league club believe the hype in Griffin. Jason still expects the Pirates to bring in a left-handed starter before the real games begin. Total Request Thursday.

HOUR 3 - Howard instead of Simpson?, Ray Fittipaldo, Power Rankings
Louis Riddick thinks it’s a little bit ridiculous that the Steelers would consider Will Howard if they have a chance to draft Ty Simpson. How much better is Simpson than Howard? Poni wondered if what Austin is doing with Drew Allar is similar to what he and other Pitt fans did with Kenny Pickett a few years ago. Poni is curious if other Penn State fans are like that or if Austin has a man-crush. Steelers insider Ray Fittipaldo from the PG joined the show. The guys immediately dug into the leaked Steelers report card, which had Art Rooney rated as the worst owner in the league – citing terrible facilities, including the field at Acrisure Stadium. Should the Steelers find a way to stop high school games from happening at the stadium? Ray doesn’t think this bothers Art because he claims they are working on upgrades or some new facilities. Ray doesn’t think it should be shocking if the Steelers use a 3rd round pick on Drew Allar. Ray thinks any rookie QB selected by the Steelers would be QB3 for most, if not all of the season. Ray is skeptical of Ty Simpson getting 1st round buzz and does not expect the Steelers to have interest at 21st overall. Ray thinks the article listing DK Metcalf as a trade candidate is someone in the media being forced to think of a name. Ray expects the Steelers to add a free agent WR that makes roughly $15M/year. Power Rankings – Top 5 Steelers draft wish list.

HOUR 2 - Steelers WR trade rumor, Bob Pompeani, Debrief
For about 2 decades, the Steelers had no concern at QB and WR. For the last 5 years, they have had big concerns at both. Rumors are running rampant at the NFL Combine this week, which is oftentimes a spot for that sort of thing. One of the big rumors is the Steelers looking into Brian Thomas Jr., who saw a decline in his second season after an electric rookie year. What would that price be and can the Steelers afford it? KDKA TV’s Bob Pompeani joined the show. Bob doesn’t want to leave any stone unturned when it comes to the Steelers and quarterback – saying he would deal a day three pick for Anthony Richardson, but no way it could be better than a 5th round selection. The guys were distracted quickly because Pomp is on an afternoon walk. What were Pomp’s worst subjects in school? Pomp is perplexed as to why the Penguins are having issues selling out the arena. He thinks the team not being a true contender in a bit could be a reason even though they are a great story this year. Donny Football Debrief – Oh baby, the Steelers report cards got leaked and they were not kind to Art Rooney.

HOUR 1 - Pens fans aren't going to games, Calls, Mike Florio
The Penguins get back to it tonight in their first game without Sidney Crosby following his injury in the Olympics. They are in a playoff spot and have been one of the best stories in the NHL. But the guys have a big question – why is nobody going to the games? Is it more complex than the ticket price, concessions, travel to the game, etc. or is it really that simple? Fans explain why they are/aren’t going to Penguins games. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike works for NBC and the company is making some changes to their broadcast team heading into next season, including Tony Dungy being let go. In an article today, names like Mike Tomlin, Cam Heyward and Aaron Rodgers were thrown into the mix, but Mike has no bearing to say the likelihood of that happening. Mike insisted that Tomlin still has the pick of the litter when it comes to networks and will be on TV if he wants to be. What is the latest buzz Mike is hearing from the NFL Combine? Mike has his doubts that Mike McCarthy and the Steelers are in love with Will Howard the way they say. Mike said we still don’t officially know if the guaranteed money is owed to DK Metcalf following the fan incident in Detroit. Mike doesn’t think it would be wise to move on from Metcalf after one season. Mike questioned Rodgers wanting to play for McCarthy after the comments he made regarding his football IQ years ago.

Mackey: 60/40 chance Griffin signs before Opening Day
Pirates insider Jason Mackey from the PG joined the show. After taking a ball off the foot a couple days ago, Jason told us that Konnor Griffin is OK and just had a scheduled day off.

Steelers rumored to WR trade
For about 2 decades, the Steelers had no concern at QB and WR. For the last 5 years, they have had big concerns at both. Rumors are running rampant at the NFL Combine this week, which is oftentimes a spot for that sort of thing. One of the big rumors is the Steelers looking into Brian Thomas Jr., who saw a decline in his second season after an electric rookie year. What would that price be and can the Steelers afford it?

Mike Florio checks in from the NFL Combine
