Reflecting on the Last Year of Accelerated Change

Reflecting on the Last Year of Accelerated Change

The last year has affected all of us, including my own team. Last March, I had to stand in front of a conference room full of my employees that I consider family, and convince them that this was going to be a huge opportunity. We were about to enter a time of accelerated change, and the only thing that we had to do as a group was to understand that we had control of our mindset, our heartset, and implement and execute our skills, knowledge, and desire on what was going well and what will go well in the future. We were going to make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun. We were going to spread happiness and utilize the four values of gratitude, forgiveness, accountability, and inspiration in doing so.
