2023 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX
The Azerbaijan Grand prix was a very busy weekend with the first Sprint of the 2023 season. The new sprint format was sorta a letdown and frankly left much to be desired. The Race was also relatively uneventful and unless your name is Sergio Perez you might prefer to just forget about the whole thing and move on to Miami. Tyler and Jordan discuss all of the details before answering a listener question and setting you up for nexts weeks Miami Grand Prix!

2022 ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX - SEASON WRAP UP
And with that, the 2022 F1 season ended... sorta a let down really. The last race of the longest F1 season ever was sorta a microcosm of the whole season. Max lead start to finish with no real threat. Charles was #2, Alonso's car let him down again, and Latifi DNF.... So yep par for the course. On this the final episode of the 2022 season of the PitStop Podcast Tyler and Jordan discuss all the highs and lows and even hand out some awards! Thank you to all our listeners this season and we can't wait bring you more fast paced F1 talk next season!
2022 BRAZILIAN GRAND PRIX
EThe penultimate race of the 2022 season has come and gone and the Brazilian GP might have been the most exciting race weekend of the year. The addition of the Sprint qualifying on Saturday made the weekend a 3 day long F1 extravaganza. Haas's Kevin Magnussen capturing pole position after a wild Qualifying was only a hint of the unpredictable and dramatic weekend to follow. George Russell capped off the weekend with his first win in F1 and handed a much coveted win to Mercedes who is finishing a tough season in top form. The drama extended beyond the race with a civil war erupting at Red Bull. Tyler & Jordan break down all the action down before setting listeners up for the season finale in Abu Dubai.
2022 MEXICAN GRAND PRIX
EMax Verstappen won the Mexican GP on Sunday and in doing so secured his record setting 14th Win of the season. But is behaviour off the track is drawing criticism as he is boycotting all contact with Sky Sports out of spite for their coverage of his first "Championship". Tyler and Jordan discuss his and his teams pettiness along with a full breakdown of where Mercedes strategy failed and how the rest of the field faired in Mexico City. Then the dig into the results of the Cost Cap investigation and look ahead to the penultimate race of the 2022 season in Brazil
2022 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX
The 2022 US Grand Prix was very eventful, Right from Sianz early exit to some costly pitstops. Alonso pulled a heroic save out of a massive crash with Lance Stroll and somehow carried on. And both Hamilton and Vettel lead this race which felt like we had time traveled to years long gone. All that before Max came charging back to win and secure the constructors title on an emotional weekend for red Bull Jordan and Tyler discuss all that and more before talking about what to look forward to next weekend in Mexico!
2022 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX
Max Verstappen is the 2022 World Champion! But it wasnt the corination or victory lap he was probably hoping that the Japanese Grand Prix would be. Frankly the whole race and the eventual victory was a mess. First the race itself was a sloppy wet delayed near write off, and by the time the half hearted attempt of a race was complete Max didn't yet know his fate. He only learned of his Championship after a 5 sec penalty was awarded to rival Leclerc post race. He was then invite to sit in what can only be described as an ugly frumpy red chair posing as some type of "Throne" (I guess?) which honestly given how clumsy the whole ending of the grand prix had been seemed sorta fitting. After looking back at the Japanese weekend, Tyler, Jordan and Braydon set up the American Grand Prix which runs next in Austin in two weeks time!
2022 SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX
The Singapore GP was a wet and wild ride. We saw almost half the field fail to finish on a very slippery and slick track. RedBull's Perez lead from start to finish to win a chaotic race. Braydon, Jordan and Tyler breakdown the race before looking at the other big stories from F1. Including what if any punishment RedBull might face is the rumours that they broke the cost cap last year are true? Then its time to take about next weeks Japanese Grand prix
2022 ITALIAN GRAND PRIX
A mixed up starting grid, a replacement driver, multiple virtual safety cars, Ferrari strategy and a controversial finish. That pretty much sums up the 2022 Italian GP at the Temple of Speed Monza! Max Verstappen inched one step closer to his inevitable World Championship but the ghost of his last championship returned following another late safety car that only opened old wounds for Mercedes fans. Lots to discuss on this episode of The Pitstop Podcast!
2022 DUTCH GRAND PRIX
ESUPER MAX! or whatever you want to call Max Verstappen after another phenomenal win, this time at his home race the Dutch Grand prix! The Mercedes were almost the spoilers this weekend though having found fantastic pace. If not for a couple unfortunate late safety cars they might have won the race breaking Lewis's winless streak. And finally must we really continue to discus the disfunction and pathetic team effort of Ferrari AGAIN? Then Tyler and Jordan discuss the outcome of the Alpine McLaren contractual fight over Oscar Piastri and the Future of Perrier Gasly who looks like he is set to move as-well!
2022 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX
F1 is Back! After what felt like a much longer summer break then usual we got our first taste of racing again and it was a wacky weekend with over half the teams electing to take grid penalties to change major engine components Qualifying ended up being rather meaningless. The most dramatic elements of the race took place right away. Lap one saw Lewis Hamilton and Valteri Bottas out of the race following collisions. Ferrari continued to struggle with their strategy and season leader and presumptive championship winner Max Verstappen won one of his easiest grand prix's . Jordan, Braydon and Tyler discuss all this and more as-well as talking about the news we missed during the summer break before setting you up for next week in the Netherlands!
2022 HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX
EThe 2022 Hungarian Grand Prix was great if you're a fan of Max Verstappen who charged back from 10th on the gird to win, and more importantly increase his championship lead. It was also great if you are a fan of Mercedes who started the weekend by watching driver George Russel surprise the field by capturing his first ever pole position, then on Sunday his team mate Lewis Hamilton showed unbelievable pace capturing second place just ahead of Russel who insured Mercedes back to back 2nd and 3rd place results. It wasn't great if your a fan of Ferrari who continues to commit strategic blunders costing them points and results. Tyler and Jordan discuss all of that before spending some time talking about Silly Season and the musical chairs that is about to be played during the midseason break as over half the teams have yet to officially announce their drivers for next season.
2022 FRENCH GRAND PRIX
EThe 2022 French Grand Prix was a disaster for Charles Leclerc who had the race in hand and put his car in the wall. Was it driver error or something mechanical? But that isn't where the trouble ended. Carlos Sainz was the victim of more bad decision making and disorganization within the team. Tyler and Jordan break all that down before talking Lewis Hamilton's 300 Grand Prix and is max Verstappen all but Champion already? Then it's time to preview that Hungarian Grand Prix including a look back at one of the most bizarre races in the 2021 season! Learn More: ordinarypodcasts.com

2022 BRITISH GRAND PRIX
EThe 2022 British Grand Prix was easily the most dramatic and entertaining race we have seen so far this season! On this episode of the PitStop Podcast Braydon, Tyler and Jordan discuss the controversial comments of Nelson Piquet, The Internal fights within the Ferrari garage and the sudden success of Carlos Sianz who not only secured his first Pole in F1 but followed it up with a guts performance and his first Victory in 150 F1 races. After digging into all the fun of the British Grand Prix the guys turn their focus forward to a preview the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring! Learn More: ordinarypodcasts.com
2022 CANADIAN GRAND PRIX
The Canadian Grand Prix was awesome! Full of drama and very eventful, F1's return to Montreal couldn't have asked for more! RedBull and Max Verstappen had to fend of a charging Carlos Sainz to secure the top step on the podium. And Lewis Hamilton found some real pace for the first time all year landing his second 3rd place finish of the season. Lewis's old rival Fernando Alonso had great weekend landing on the front row for the first time in as long as most fans can remember; but his luck ran out during the race struggling to finish in the top 10 Alpha Tauri's Pierre Gasly and teammate Tsunoda also struggled. And they weren't alone as both Mclaren drivers failed to score points. Braydon, Jordan & Tyler discuss all of this and then turn their attention towards one fo F1's classics, The British Grand Prix.
2022 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX
EThe Azerbaijan Grand Prix was a catastrophic failure for Ferrari as they watched both cars fail and handed RedBull their easiest one two finish of the year! Verstappen had more pace and cruised to an easy win to extend his championship lead. But the real fun and entertainment came lower down the field. George Russell continue his excellent form followed by teammate Lewis Hamilton who finished in P4 after battling through the pain barrier caused by his porpoising car with AlphaTauri's Pierre Gasly finishing in a season best result of fifth. Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso, Daniel Ricciardo, Lando Norris and Esteban Ocon rounded out the top 10 to all score crucial points. Braydon, Jordan & Tyler discuss all of this and then turn their attention towards a very exciting Canadian Grand Prix, which is returning to the F1 schedule for the first time since 2019!
2022 MONACO GRAND PRIX
EThis years running of the prestige Monaco Grand Prix was anything but boring. Rain played a huge factor and added a very dramatic wrinkle to a race that has recently gained a reputation for being rather boring. RedBull took full advantage of the conditions and caught rival Ferrari on the back foot with some very savvy strategic pitstops; opening the door for Perez to take the lead and in the end win the race ahead of Sainz and Verstappen. This weekend wasn't only a showcase of the top two teams and Tyler's favourite driver Pierre Gasly also demonstrated his skills with some ambitious and daft overtakes. Braydon, Jordan & Tyler discuss all of this and then turn their attention towards the next race in Azerbaijan!
2022 SPANISH GRAND PRIX
EFormula 1 returned to Europe this weekend with great race in Barcelona and the running of the 2022 Spanish Gran Prix! It was a hot and very eventful race that saw Charles Leclerc take an early lead only to have his Ferrari power unit suffer a race ending failure which opened the door for both Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez to claim to top steps on the podium. But their trip to a 1,2 finish for RedBull wasn't an easy one. Mercedes, a team that to this point has struggled to stay in the fight atop the table, saw their best race of the year and the teams upgrades in Spain lead to some fantastic pace, George Russel kept his silver arrow in front of both RedBull challengers for several laps and his team mate Lewis Hamilton who had suffered a lap on puncture was able to fight his way all the way from the back of the pack to finish in a remarkable 5th place. Tyler, Braydon and Jordan discuss all the storylines form Barcelona before turning their attention to the up coming race in Monte Carlo and the world famous Monaco Grand Prix! Enjoy!
2022 MIAMI GRAND PRIX
EFormula 1 held its first ever MIAMI Grand Prix this weekend and after much hype it sorta left F1 fans wanting for more.... The Track, the fake lagoon, it all sorta felt forced, and given the meteoric rise of F1 in North America hosts Jordan & Tyler ponder the risks of selling American race fans such an underwhelming product? However regardless of the lack of heat the Miami GP still went off and gave us much to discuss. Tyler also takes a moment to answer another listener question about the roll of practice in a Grand Prix weekend before the boys turn their attention to the Spanish Grand Prix! ENJOY!
2022 EMILIA ROMAGNA GRAND PRIX
EFormula 1 held its first the sprint Qualifying of the 2022 season at the "Temple of Speed". But it was a disastrous weekend for the home team Ferrari as once again Carlos Sainz failed to make it through the first lap of the race. Imola wasn't kind to his teammate and championship leader Charles Leclerc either who made a disastrous mistake while trying to regain second place behind Sergio Perez in the final stages of this race. It cost him both valuable points and a spot on the podium. Braydon, Jordan and Tyler discuss what was a very wet and wild weekend in Italy; before answering another question from a listener then finishing off with a look ahead to MIAMI! ENJOY!

So After waiting 2 years the Aussie fans were out in force to support the teams and drivers. On this episode Braydon, Jordan and Tyler discuss what was a very dramatic qualifying; that included a couple of "Canuckle-heads" crashing into each other. As-well as a very disappointing end of a flying lap for the veteran Alonso. Which all lead to a very interesting race that end up being less about who could win and more about who could finish! Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso suffered difficulties and DNF. So the boys get into all of that before taking on some questions from listeners, and setting you up for the next race at Imola! ENJOY!
