Show Notes

Jude Guaitamacchi has been fighting on the frontlines of trans rights for over a decade - becoming a crucial voice for underrepresented voices.

A truly remarkable story, Jude grew up homeless and their teenage years were spent tackling addiction and discovering their trans-non-binary identity. Having initially worked for The Amy Winehouse Foundation, Jude went on to make history as the first non-binary face of Harrods and has since gone on to be named one of PinkNews' Top 21 Activists Globally, the winner of the Bank of London Rainbow Honours Campaigner of the Year and has worked with brands from Michael Kors to Jimmy Choo, Deloitte, Ogilvy and more.

Turning their pain into power as a young adult Jude became a storyteller and has inspired audiences all over the world, with the aim of helping people find strength in vulnerability, embrace their authenticity, empower themselves and truly embody who they are.

In this episode of The Pieces, Bimini and Jude talk about their efforts in reshaping societal perceptions of gender identity, the ongoing battle for trans rights, their founding of the Trans+ Solidarity Alliance and their boundary breaking Harrods campaign.
