He is also known for his efforts in learning, preserving, and teaching various other fiddle music traditions, particularly that of Prince Edward Island. Ken is also one of the foremost leaders in banjo education: he authored of scads of instructional books, and is the camp director for three of the most popular banjo camps in the country.
