Show Notes
In this episode, Harriet and Chloe discuss the issues of pseudo-scientists, unqualified 'experts', and 'nutri-nonsense' available online, including on social media platforms and so-called "health" documentaries. Harriet opens up about some of the traps she fell into before studying nutrition, and Chloe relays a story about a client who was given some potentially dangerous advice from an unqualified individual. After discussing some common nutrition myths, Harriet and Chloe provide some practical tips on how and where to stay informed with the correct nutritional information and red flags to look out for when it comes to ‘nutri-nonsense'.
