Mike Gjestland sold over 140 properties last year and holds the title of being the most dominant agent in any one suburb in WA - Banksia Grove. having sold 135 properties in the suburb in 2021 with the next highest selling 15, no other agent is WA is so impactful. We ask Mike how his client base is so loyal, what is happening in the area, and whether values have come back to 2014 levels yet.
