The Critical Steps
- Be consistent – Make the calls daily
- Make the calls long enough so that it becomes a habit
- Don't take rejection personally – remember it's not about you
- Know what you are talking about – Know the inventory
- Find a mentor or coach to keep you accountable
- Have a system for follow up
