She immediately takes action, freezing her credit and signing up for a credit monitoring service. Marni thinks the ordeal is behind her until she finds that despite her efforts new accounts have been opened in her name. Marni's scammer has found a way to unfreeze her credit. Marni takes additional action to protect her credit, but the scammer is just getting started.
