In the last year, many clinical trials have been published on the neuroscience and health effects of meditation. It appears that meditation recruits the higher order brain regions in order to aid in attention control, emotion regulation, memory, and thought processing. As a result, meditation has the potential to benefit anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep quality, stress, blood pressure, and more. Tune in for all the details!
