Show Notes
In this week's episode, we dive into the clinical evidence on how adding garlic to the diet is associated with a lower risk of stomach and colorectal cancer. Garlic supplementation may induces some benefits for heart health, immunity, and inflammation. I also provide some suggestions on how to reduce garlic odor, the main deterrent to garlic intake, based on two scientific investigations.
