About this episode

The plaintiff organizes showcases for up-and-coming artists every six months. He claims the defendant never paid him for her performance, so he’s suing for what he’s due, as well as late fees. The defendant argues the plaintiff is unprofessional and she told him she couldn’t pay him at the time. She says the plaintiff is harassing her on social media, so she’s countersuing for sexual harassment. Then, the plaintiff dated and lived with the defendant for 25 years. The plaintiff claims the defendant sold her two lots of land that were useless because there was no usable road to her land. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant argues the decision not to build a road isn’t his fault, so he doesn’t think he owes her. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
