About this episode

The plaintiff says she sold the defendant a Labrador puppy, but he’s now claiming she gave him the wrong dog. He still owes her money, so she’s suing. The defendant says he saw pictures of one puppy and gave her a different one, so he refuses to pay more. Then, the plaintiffs say they rented a two-bedroom apartment from the defendant and claim they left it in turnkey condition. The defendant still withheld their security deposit, so they’re suing. The defendant says the plaintiffs left food in the cabinets and drawings on the wall, and she needed the security deposit for repairs. Plus, in the third case, the plaintiff says he was on his way home from work when the defendant ran a red light and hit his car with such force that his airbag deployed. His car was totaled, and he lost his job, so he’s suing. The defendant says it was a fender-bender and the car was totally fine. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode!
